Today was the last day of the Basic Ropes and Rigging Class held at Hamlin Fire & Rescue.  Rescue personnel from Hamlin Fire & Rescue, Jefferson Twp., and Maplewood participated in the class.  The class went from learning how to tie rescue knots to setting up rigging for hauling 3 to 1 and 4 to 1 systems.  We also learned how to set up an a frame with 2 ladders and a pick off system of the back of our engine with a ladder.
